When you fill in our booking form, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number (if you give one), the size of your office, and any message you write. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies on this website.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your request, book your network & security check, and follow up about our services. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Where it's stored
Our website is hosted by Netlify, which also receives our form submissions and forwards them to our business email. These providers may store information on servers outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only as long as we need it to respond and to keep reasonable business records. If you become a client, we keep the information needed to provide and bill for our services.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to our using it, at any time. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
